1. How is the shipping worked out?
We aim to keep freight charges to a minimum, and charge the following rates. If you require your goods to be shipped outside of New Zealand, please contact us directly.
1-2 pairs of shoes = $8 shipping
3+ pairs of shoes = $16 shipping
Accessories / fashion shipping = $8
Furniture / Chandeliers shipping is set per product

2. What is the currency used on this website?
New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST.

3. I've found a pair of shoes I love, but you don't have my size listed.
Contact us, and we'll see what we can do for you. We import all the shoes ourselves, so we have new freight arriving regularly.

4. Can I take an item home to try before purchasing?

We have a 3 day appro service available anywhere in NZ so you can be sure you will be happy with your purchase and that it works with your existing wardrobe.
