Et vous Happy Hour

Having an evening drink after a busy day is one of our favourite things to do. Usually, it's a glass or two of wine but lately, we have been experimenting with dehydrated fruit. Lemons, Limes and Oranges with gin are classic's for a reason.

We've worked with our good friends up at ITCH wine bar and produced three recipes to go alongside each dehydrated fruit. We even have jars of each fruit in-store to purchase if you don't have a dehydrator at home.

Below are all three recipes:

Negroni coktail

With Orange Garnish

Equal parts Gin, Vermouth Rosso and Campari (30ml)

Stir in a mixing glass with ice until arctic cold then strain into a rocks glass.

Add ice cube/s.

Garnish with an Et Vous organic dehydrated orange.

 

Gimlet cocktail

With Lime Garnish

In a shaker, add 50ml gin, 25ml fresh squeezed lime juice and 20ml sugar syrup.

Add ice and shake hard for approx 20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupette glass.

Garnish with Et Vous organic dehydrated limes.

 

White lady cocktail

With Lemon Garnish

In a shaker, add 50ml gin  20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 20ml sugar syrup, 10ml of water and 1 egg white.

Add ice and shake vigorously for approx 30 seconds.

Double strain into a chilled coupette glass.

Garnish with an Et Vous Organic dehydrated lemon.
