Scent Story:

'Toscana' - Tuscany in Italian

Let your senses take you on a freeing journey through the Italian countryside of Montepulciano, Tuscany. Enjoy the infusion of aromatic poppy-dotted hills, fortressed medieval towns and the rolling hills lined with Tuscan cypress trees, as far as the eye can see.

An aromatic scent to leave you feeling completely at ease. With delicate and divine notes, you will love the fragrant potency that will easily fill an open-plan room home with a true scent of Tuscany.

Scent Profile: Top notes of Tuscan Cypress Pine Trees, balanced with the essence of crisp Fresh Pear, blended with softer underlying notes of Star Anise and creamy Vanilla. Finished off with a splash of Jasmine to round the scent experience.

Oh “Sweet baby Jesus” was Inspired by two of the three gifts given to Baby Jesus when he was born - Myrrh & Frankincense.

Scent Profile: Top notes of Myrrh and Frankincense, with depths of Black Oudh to add a lingering moody presence. A masculine sensual scent that has a woody earthy depth and an inviting aroma of peace and tranquillity, that’s comforting, oriental and smoky.

Scent Strength: Medium

The candles are handcrafted and the vessels are all slightly unique in colour formation due to their handmade nature. The vessels are made from a cement mineral blend and are 100% waterproof and heat resistant on the inside, as-well water resistant on the outside of the vessel. Allowing you to repurpose the vessel for an indoor plant pot, kitchen utensil holder and more.

Tips for exchanging your items

Items should be returned within five days of receiving your item for Domestic orders and 14 working days for International orders.
We cannot process your return until the goods are received
We will advise you as soon as we have received your goods
We reserve the right to deny a return, if the goods returned do not meet our return policy requirements
Shipping costs back to et vous are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty

We have endeavoured to display accurately the colours of our women’s fashion items and products appearing in our online store, however, due to colour variations in computer monitors we cannot guarantee the colours displayed will be completely accurate.

There are a number of items that Et Vous will not accept for return. These include: No sale items, jewellery, sunglasses, hats, underwear, candles or fragrances.

RETURNS WHEN USING: Buy Now, Pay later services.

If you make a purchase using Lay-Buy, Zip Pay or Afterpay, and return it due to change of mind within our returns policy, you will be refunded the full amount from these services. For using these platforms, we are charged a 4.75% commission on your sale so we require your credit card details to put through this commission amount.

REFUNDS

Please remember that refunds will only be authorised if you make contact within 3 days of receiving your goods. Returns are credited in the same manner in which they were originally paid. (Postage and/or custom or import fees are non-refundable)

FAULTY GOODS

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. It is at the discretion of Et vous to determine fault. If you would like to return a faulty item, follow the standard returns process. Upon accepting the fault of the product, firstly we have the option to repair the fault or replace for the exact product. If we cannot repair or replace you will receive a full refund including your original postage. Unfortunately any levies in the destination country are non refundable.

LOST RETURNS

Et vous can not be held responsible for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages sent to us. We suggest you insure your package.

ONLINE SALES

Garments available on our online store are also available for purchase in our Boutique. Please be aware that we try our hardest to keep our website as accurate as possible but if for any reason we can not fulfil an order we will contact you as soon as we can and you will receive a full refund.
